I manage the emotions, the logistics, the legalities, the personalities, and navigate the pot holes (or boulders) that often come into play during a transaction. Then research for those needs (many times investing my own time and money to find the home that meets your criteria), strategically show on market and off market properties that you have reviewed and approved, & tenaciously negotiate the best price and terms on your behalf, following through for a successful, stress free close!
