Whether it’s your first home, or if you’re an experienced buyer, purchasing a home is a complex process with each transaction having its own set of nuances.
My first step is to always meet with you to talk about your goals, your lifestyle and what it takes to get you into a home in the current Real Estate market. This is about a 20-30 minute meeting. (Which can also be done by FaceTime or Zoom!)
When helping with your purchase, I will educate you on the home buying process, listen attentively to your needs, wants, goals and time frame. Then research for those needs (many times investing my own time and money to find the home that meets your criteria), strategically show on-market and off-market properties that you have reviewed and approved.
Once we find the place that is right for you, I guide you through the process of making a winning offer then tenaciously negotiate the best price and terms on your behalf. I will guide you all along the way being your advocate for having a thorough inspection conducted, negotiating repairs, monitoring timelines then following through for a successful, stress free close! (Unless you're a worry-wart, then I can't help you, lol)
I truly understand the importance of listening, relating to my clients, communicating, being patient, and problem solving. My strength is in managing the entire transaction from contract to close avoiding pitfalls that could derail your purchase or sale. About me:
- Prior to Real Estate I was a CWO2 in the US Marine Corps. My 15+ years of Military service instilled in me drive, focus, mission accomplishment, determination, problem solving, and perseverance.
- I started investing in real estate at 21 years old and became a licensed Realtor after retiring from the US Marine Corps
- I have closed over 800 transactions over the last 24 years. More notable than the number of properties sold is the varied types of properties sold.
- My experience is broad and encompassing. In addition to residential properties (houses and condos), I have experience selling luxury homes, lots, multi-units, investment properties, small businesses, mobile homes, and waterfront properties.
